1. Scope of this Policy
This policy explains how Piiing collects, uses, retains, and protects information when you use the App, official website, beta services, or related support channels.
In this policy, "Piiing," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the team providing the Piiing service. "You" and "user" refer to the individual using Piiing. "Service" refers to the Piiing App, website, and related features.
Piiing is a low-pressure notification app. Users may choose whether to register, share their username, add friends, create Bell Circles, or join planets in the future.
2. Our Basic Position
Piiing does not recommend specific interaction partners, does not actively match users, and does not require users to join any planet or interact with any person.
Interactions, notification content, relationship creation, and later use between users are decided by users themselves, who should evaluate their own risks.
Piiing provides notification tools, account features, friend and Bell Circle management, planet features, wallet features, and safety settings. We do not participate in judging or arranging relationships between users.
3. Voluntary User Interactions
When you share your username with another person, send or accept a friend request, join a planet, or receive or send notifications in a planet, those actions are considered active, voluntary, and intentional actions by you.
Piiing does not participate in relationship decisions between users and does not guarantee any user's identity, intent, notification content, interaction outcome, or offline relationship.
Users should decide for themselves whether it is appropriate to share their username and should manage their own friends, Bell Circles, planets, and notification settings.
4. Friends, Bell Circles, and Planets
Friend relationships are created when a user actively sends a friend request and the other user accepts it. Piiing does not automatically add friends for you.
A Bell Circle is a user-created set of frequent recipients used to quickly select notification recipients. A Bell Circle does not mean that other users have joined a shared space.
Planets are planned shared notification spaces. Joining a planet should happen through a user's own request, accepted invitation, or the rules of that planet. Piiing does not automatically add you to planets.
If you no longer want to maintain a relationship with another user, you may manually remove the friend relationship, mute notifications, or leave a planet according to available features. Piiing is designed to let users manage relationships themselves without unnecessary difficulty in removing or ending them.
5. Information We May Collect
To provide account, notification, friend, Bell Circle, wallet, and safety features, Piiing may process information you provide or generate while using the Service, such as username, email address, nickname, birth year and month, language, avatar, device push token, friend relationships, Bell Circle settings, notification sending data, wallet balances, and feature status.
Notification content is entered by the sender. Ordinary notifications may leave history records depending on feature settings. Private notifications are designed not to be written into the recipient's history records.
We may also process technical information needed for system maintenance, troubleshooting, safety protection, ad rewards, or service analysis, such as device type, operating system, IP address, browser or App version, usage time, error logs, diagnostic data, and push delivery-related information.
If you use the official website, website servers or infrastructure may also automatically generate basic access data, such as visit time, page requests, IP address, and browser information.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to provide login, push notifications, friend requests, Bell Circle management, planet features, wallet features, language settings, support, security maintenance, and service improvements.
Piiing does not use your interaction content to recommend friends, require you to join planets, or guide you to interact with specific users.
We do not judge whether a relationship is appropriate on behalf of users, and we do not assume the interaction risks created when users choose to share their username, join planets, or send notifications.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, improve service stability, and plan product experiences.
7. Sharing Information and Third-Party Services
To operate the App, Piiing may use operating system push notification services, cloud infrastructure, testing platforms, advertising services, or analytics services. These services should process information only within the scope needed to provide necessary functions.
If required by law, regulation, government authority, or valid legal process, we may need to retain or provide necessary information.
We do not sell users' personal information.
If Piiing is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction in the future, information necessary for operating the Service may be transferred with the Service. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
When you voluntarily share your username, send notifications, join a planet, or interact in a shared space, related information may be visible to the people you interact with or to members of that space. This disclosure comes from your voluntary use of the Service and does not mean that Piiing recommends or endorses that interaction.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security, handle support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce policies.
Different information may be retained for different periods depending on its type and purpose. For example, account information is generally retained while the account exists; support and diagnostic data may be retained for a reasonable period to track issues and improve the Service; server logs may be retained for security, debugging, and audit purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or stop actively processing it according to actual system capabilities. Residual copies may remain in backup systems during routine backup cycles and are generally not restored for active processing unless needed for security, disaster recovery, or legal reasons.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided. We may need to retain certain information if required by law, legitimate security needs, dispute handling, or other lawful reasons.
9. Cross-Border Processing
Piiing and its service providers may process, store, or transfer information outside your country or region.

10. User Choices and Controls
You may decide whether to share your username, accept friend requests, create Bell Circles, join planets, send notifications, or enable private notifications.
You may manage your profile, notification preferences, friend relationships, Bell Circles, muting, and logout through the available App features.
If you do not want a user to continue sending notifications to you, please use the available removal, mute, or safety features to manage your receiving status.
You may also update, modify, or remove certain account information through the features currently available in the App. If a data operation is not yet available in the App, please contact us using the contact method listed in this policy.
11. Security and Limitations
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Please do not place sensitive personal information, passwords, financial information, identity documents, or other high-risk content in notification messages.
Piiing may be used in many different ways, but users should evaluate the risks and suitability of each use case themselves.
If we discover or reasonably suspect abuse, attacks, fraud, unlawful behavior, or conduct that endangers other users, we may retain, inspect, or process necessary information to protect the Service and users.
12. Children
Piiing is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us. After confirmation, we will take reasonable steps to remove or restrict processing of the relevant information.
13. External Links
The Piiing website or App may contain links to third-party websites, stores, testing platforms, or external services.
These third-party services are not operated by Piiing. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies and terms before using them.
14. Policy Updates
We may update this policy due to product features, legal requirements, or service adjustments. For significant changes, we will provide notice through the website or App where appropriate.
